3. 7-Day Price Match Guarantee

a. The 7-Day Price Match Guarantee applies to orders placed on the official Hypershell website (hypershell.tech) during the Promotional Period. For purchases made outside of promotional periods, our standard price match policy still applies.

b. If the identical product is advertised on hypershell.tech at a lower price within seven (7) calendar days of your original purchase date, Hypershell will refund the price difference upon request.

c. To request a price adjustment, the participant must contact Hypershell customer service at support@hypershell.tech within seven (7) calendar days of their original order date, providing their order number and proof of the lower price.

d. The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

* Prices from unauthorized resellers or marketplaces.

* Prices resulting from coupon codes, flash sales, financing offers, bundle deals, or clearance/closeout events.

* Typographical or pricing errors.

* Shipping, installation, or tax charges.

4. Free Shipping

a. Free standard shipping is provided on all orders shipped to valid addresses within the Eligible Countries/Regions (as defined in Section 2).

b. Free shipping does not apply to expedited shipping methods. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Hypershell is not liable for carrier delays.

General Terms

a. If you encounter any issues during the Promotion period, please contact us at support@hypershell.tech for assistance.

b. Hypershell reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this Promotion at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

c. Hypershell reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any orders and disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion or acting in violation of these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of bots, scripts, or other automated methods to place orders, or the use of multiple accounts to circumvent purchase limits.

d. By participating, you agree that all decisions made by Hypershell regarding the Promotion are final and binding. Hypershell reserves the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions, and its interpretation shall be final.

e. All purchases are subject to Hypershell’s standard Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
