Hypershell maintains local warehouses in the United States and the European Union, allowing for faster delivery, typically within 2-10 business days from the date of shipment. Orders from regions not covered by local warehouses will be shipped from Hong Kong.

For products ordered during crowdfunding, pre-sales, or other special events, the date required for fulfillment is based on the date shown in the event.

For all regions outside the EU and US, orders are shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse. Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed on the checkout page.

Additional Shipping Charges

Hypershell reserves the right to impose additional shipping charges in exceptional circumstances, even after you have selected free shipping or paid for standard shipping. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to:

- When inventory at a local warehouse is depleted, and you request expedited shipping, necessitating fulfillment from an alternative location.

- Significant increases in shipping costs resulting from changes in international or regional conditions as determined by the carrier.

- Delivery to an address classified as remote within your country, including but not limited to mountainous regions or islands.

- Additional surcharges required by the carrier for delivery to your specified address.

In such instances, Hypershell’s customer service team will contact you prior to dispatching the shipment. You will be provided with the option to either accept the additional charges or cancel your order without penalty.

 

Order Address Modification

Hypershell strives to process and ship orders promptly. However, any request to modify the shipping address after an order has been placed is subject to the following conditions:

Address modification requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Hypershell will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

Changes to the shipping address may result in additional handling or shipping fees. Such charges will be communicated to you for approval prior to processing the modification.

If the address modification request is unsuccessful:

You may attempt to refuse delivery of the package upon arrival.

If delivery refusal is not feasible, you may sign for the package and contact Hypershell customer service within 14 calendar days to initiate the return process.

Please note that initiating a return under these circumstances may incur costs, including but not limited to:

Round-trip shipping costs.

Product insurance costs incurred during transportation.

Additional handling or administrative fees.

Any other applicable expenses related to the return process.

These costs will be deducted from the refund amount. By placing an order, you acknowledge that address modification requests may affect the original estimated delivery schedule and agree to any associated fees if applicable.

 

Shipping Delay Disclaimer

While Hypershell endeavors to fulfill and ship orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

Carrier and Inventory Issues:

Carrier disruptions or logistical challenges.

Inventory shortages at the designated warehouse.

Modifications to the shipping address requested by the customer.

Force Majeure Events:

Delays caused by unforeseen, inevitable, or insurmountable objective situations, including, but not limited to:

National or regional air or ground transportation system controls or interruptions (e.g., weather conditions).

Communication system interference or malfunction.

Government actions or postal administration policy changes.

Natural disasters (e.g., wars, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, heavy rain, heavy fog, etc.).

Regulatory and Delivery Limitations:

Shipments that are confiscated or disposed of due to a violation of transportation regulations.

Mail and packages may not be delivered to the consignee’s address during weekends, national holidays, or festivals.

Deliveries to addresses in schools, units, or residential communities where the courier has no access.

In the event of a delay, Hypershell will notify you of the revised shipping timeline as soon as practicable. Hypershell shall not be held liable for delivery delays arising from any of the above-mentioned factors beyond its reasonable control.

 

Order Tracking

Tracking Availability:

Once your order has been shipped, you can track its delivery status once the shipping label has been created and the package is out for delivery. The tracking information will be made available on the Order Details Page and can be accessed via the Order Tracking link located in the website footer.

 

Tracking Information:

The tracking information will include the current status of your shipment, along with any available details regarding its location and estimated delivery time. Please note that the tracking updates may take some time to appear, depending on the carrier and logistics processes.

 

Customer Service Support:

If you are unable to locate the tracking information or encounter any issues with tracking, you may contact our customer service team. Our team will provide you with up-to-date details about your shipment and assist you with any tracking-related inquiries.

 

Delays in Tracking Updates:

While we aim to provide timely and accurate tracking updates, occasional delays may occur due to carrier-related issues or temporary disruptions in the tracking system. If you experience extended delays in tracking updates, please reach out to customer service for assistance.

 

Inspection and Acceptance

Given the value of Hypershell products, we strongly recommend that you inspect the package upon delivery. If the package appears damaged or deformed, do not sign for it or open it. In such cases, please immediately contact us at feedback@hypershell.cc for further assistance.

Once the package is signed for—whether by you or a representative on your behalf—Hypershell will consider the delivery accepted, including the product's quantity and condition. To protect your rights, we highly recommend recording a full unboxing video and cross-referencing the items with the packing list. If you notice any discrepancies or damage, please contact Hypershell Support within 24 hours of receipt to initiate a prompt resolution.

If the parcel is marked as "delivered" but you did not receive it, it is considered lost. In this case, you are required to cooperate with Hypershell and provide the logistics claim number to the carrier to file a claim.

 

FAQ

1. How can I change my order after it has been placed but before shipment?

Once an order has been placed, certain details—such as the country, product quantity, category, and color—cannot be modified. If you need to change any of these details, you must cancel the current order and place a new one.

Please note, due to variations in tax rates across different states and cities, we do not allow changes to the city, state, or ZIP code once the order is confirmed and payment is made via credit card. If the order is paid using PayPal or Affirm, changes cannot be made, as these services verify shipping address details before approving the payment.

 

2. How can I cancel my order if it has been submitted but has not yet shipped?

If your order has not been shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting feedback@hypershell.cc. However, once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, please contact us to initiate a return process.

 

3. Are there shipping charges for repeated delivery attempts, rejected packages, or returns without cause?

Yes. If a delivery fails due to the recipient's actions, including rejecting the package or providing incorrect address details, additional delivery charges will be incurred.

Shipping costs for returned products due to order cancellations, package rejections, or refusals after shipment will be borne by the recipient and will be deducted from the refund amount. Additionally, if a return is initiated without valid reason, the return shipping cost will also be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from any applicable refund.

 

4. Under what circumstances will the Hypershell Online Store cancel an order unilaterally?

Hypershell reserves the right to cancel your order prior to shipment if we detect any of the following conditions:

Shopify flags the order as high-risk.

Hypershell receives a notification from the payment provider (e.g., credit card issuer or PayPal) indicating a fraudulent transaction.

We determine that the order was placed through improper or illegal means.

In the event of an order cancellation due to these reasons, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
