It’s a great product. But definitely needs to be refined. First and foremost, there should be some sort of customer service support. There isn’t. All they have are most common questions and answers. The hyper belt should come with built-in removable suspenders. The front clasp should not be made out of cheap plastic. It’s not strong enough. There needs to be an easy way to change the setting so the belt doesn’t turn off automatically. It’s so annoying when you’re struggling only to turn and look down and see that it shut off the last time you took a rest and didn’t realize it. Other than that, I love it. I am very disabled. This is giving me back my ability to walk. I can now walk through the shopping market instead of using the electric carts.

Couldn’t get the hypershell x series connected to my phone, so it wasn’t what I expected.! Once I got it connected things were different and I am satisfied with its works

Great for people that walk (or push in my case) a lot on the job. Had a lot of fun running and sprinting around with it. My only gripe is the paint or coating could be a little bit more scratch resistant.
